The 4-bedroom house with open plan living/dining/kitchen is located along the foreshore of Gore Creek. It is split in three levels: entry, main level which is planed as two pavilions and lower level which contains the rumpus room and self contained granny flat. At the entry level the garage and entry are the only visible structures from the street. The main level eastern pavilion contains the living, kitchen and dining spaces and affords the best views. The western pavilion houses the Kids’ areas including playroom, bedrooms and bathrooms.

The pavilion arrangement allows for openings to provide a high level of controlled natural cross-ventilation and the thermal mass of the concrete helps keep the house at comfortable temperatures all year round.
