Located opposite the iconic Readers Digest Building this space has the proportions of a terrace house. The brief was to design an office for a flexible number of users. The open-plan design with workstations along the length of the space and a meeting room at the front allows for as much natural light as possible.

Full height curtains, one sheer and one solid and a joinery unit allow for visual and spatial separation of the meeting room from the rest of the space. The kitchenette and print area are housed in cupboards along the walls concealed behind bi-fold joinery doors.
