Cullinan Ivanov Partnership extended and re-modeled the trading floor of St Johns Bowling Club. The new Indoor and Outdoor Gaming area was designed for 398 EGM’s and also includes a Noodle Bar, VIP carpark, Bar, Cashiers and W.C.’s.

The new Gaming entry features a dramatic living Greenwall and stylish signage backdrop. The indoor gaming area features a central Golden Hub which houses all service requirements including W.C.’s, cashiers and a new bar.

The outdoor gaming area housing over 200 EGM’s is fully compliant with the Smoke –free Environment Regulation allowing smoking to occur throughout.

The outdoor area has a striking garden backdrop to the perimeter with specialist lighting and planting. Planting elements are also brought into the middle sections of the Gaming floor.

Bellow the new Outdoor Gaming area, the addition has a new carpark with direct access by lift as part of the Clubs tiered loyalty program.

CI Partnership provided full architectural services for this project. We coordinated the consultant team including the work of the structural, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and fire engineers. C I Partnership tendered the construction works on behalf of the Club.
